I have a Dodge truck that was repossessed a week ago. I was 2 months behind on my payments. My loan company is Onyx out in California. After several days of phone calls, I was finally told I have to pay the truck outright and owe over $14,000. That is more than my original loan. I have 21 days to decide what to do. Someone told me to just claim bankruptcy. Any advice. Oh yeah, there now is a big scratch that runs along one entire side of the truck!! I was told I have to argue with the repossession company on that!
