What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina

My father owned 2 extra cemetery plots and I'm having trouble determining who they were left to in the will.

First off, all personal effects were left to me.
Then, under real property, it lists one piece of property that was left to me, one that was left to my brother, and after that it states that any remaining land is left to the children.

But, there is also a section that states the "residuary estate" is left to me.

So, my question is, do the cemetery plots fall under "real property," left to the children, or the residuary estate, left to me?
