What is the name of your state? Nevada
We recently moved from CA to NV. Years prior to moving we had a trust made, but it states "under the laws of the state of California". How would this effect our estate if we die as residents of NV? Do we need to amend our trust to state "under the laws of the state of Nevada"? What are the differences between the estate taxes of both states?
