Changing a trustee

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I would like to get rid of my corporate trustee (charging too much in fees) but the bank says I cannot until I have another "corporate" replacement. I would like to do away with "corporate" trustees period. Can I in Nebraska?

what sort of account are they a "trustee" for ?
