My mother was born illegitamate, but father named on birth certificate. He also knew her and acknowledged her and talked to her about leaving her some land. He passed away in his 80's and only the children of his marriage were named in the Will (all of them) except my mother who was born out of wedlock.
Is there anything I can do to contest the Will? He had 223 acres of land and some money (not much).
