My husdand was the benficary over his children whole life insurance at the time of his death. i was not informed when ture over the policies to the insurance company that the policy were apart of his estate as stated on the policy. The children has begun to pay the premium (last 2 months. Being the executix of the estate what should i do when i do not how much deths is owns and nothing to paid with. should i sign the policies over to the children?
