What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina
My Grandmother named my Sister & myself Co-Exec. in her will. She also left the bulk of her estate to us. My Q is about her house....My Sister wants to sell it & I do not. I do not have the money to buy her out. Will I have to sell? What are my rights. Thank you in advance.

Your choice will be to sell, or buy out the house. You can't keep the house if you don't pay for it.
