What is the name of your state?South Dakota. I want to make out a Codicil to my will but am not sure how to go about it. Can I just write my wishes out on a piece of paper? Does it have to be notarized? What do I do with it after I write it out? Does it go to my attorney who has the will? Because my husband and I have a very simple will, if he dies I inherit and visa versa, will my wishes be carried out if I die first? Thank You for your help.
