What is the name of your state? PA
my son will be 18 this august he was awarded money through a lawsuit of his fathers passing in 1998 it is in a trust in NJ we reside in PA i am gaurdian of his account until he is 18 i understand my question is will he be able to touch his money when he turns 18 what does he need to do and will he need a lawyer can he just go to the bank that holds his monies and start taking out :rolleyes: :confused:
