What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland. I am wanting a copy of my grandmother's will who passed away in May in Birmingham, Alabama? How do I get that?

Find out what county she died in (Birmingham is considered as being in SHELBY COUNTY and JEFFERSON COUNTY in Alabama) and then contact the county courthouse probate court for both counties to see which one the will has been filed in, assuming that it has been filed.
