What is the name of your state? Maryland

My wife and I are creating our will and we have no children to leave our property when we die. We would like to liquidate our property and donate the funds to a charitable organization.

What do we have to specify in our will? Wil it be enough to have the executor of the will handle this?

Thanks

David

Have your lawyer write in your will that you want all your stuff sold and the proceeds given to [name] charity.

The personal representative will do all that.
