What is the name of your state? Fl. My dads will left everything to stepmothe with instructions on who gets what when she dies. I have lived in current home for 20 years which is right next door to stepmom. Dad left this to me when she dies and other properties to my brother and sisters. Can she now do whatever she wants with it or is she bound by his will?
