What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri. Does a living will that has been notorized require a witness?
If stocks that are registered in the name of the grantor and trustee in a living will, is it necessary to register the stock in the name of the trust?

ddmc1975,
Are the stocks held in a brokerage account, or are the stock certificates held by the individual? Either way, they need to be titled in the trust name.
