my fther just died without a will in virginia he was divorced and only had two children, my sister and myself. he had wanted my aunt to be administrator of his property but as i understand it both me and my sister have the right to qualify before my aunt. my sister hadn't spent any time with my father and knew nothing of what he wanted. can i stop her from qualifying and have our aunt be administrator instead like my father wanted?

Probate Court will approve the appointment of the administrator. You can file your support of one individual with said Court.
