a dear friend father passed away there was no will
right before he passed he purchased a satalite dish my friend was not there when it happenened ,but her younger sister was
now the company is trying to sue my friend for the remainder of the 1 year contract,says if she does not pay it will go against her credit,her younger sister has possesion of the merchandise can they sue my friend for the amount or should they sue her sister.
