I live in P.A. my friend was passing away and signed her car title over to me , this title was

signed without a notary. She did pass away and now I dont know what to do , she had

no will and owned practically nothing . The vehicle is very old and only worth about $300.

her family didnt bother to assign an administator because they said it was all not worth it

and they live in a different state. The law in PA state that a title must be signed in front of

a notary . What can I do ?
