I am currently setting up a trust in Indiana. I have a condo in South Carolina and need to get the deed transfered to the trust . Does anyone know if this can be done in South Carolina with out an attorney? I was hoping there would be a blank form that I could use (my lawyer in Indiana has offered to help)

Thanks

Transfer to a trust

You will probably have no problem doing it without a SC attorney, particularly with the aid of your Indiana attorney. I would suggest you contact the clerk at the office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County in which the property is located, and find out exactly what forms and documents are needed.
