Is it legal for a individual with dementia to change his will? No compentency hearings for the individual have occurred. . .and could the will be challenged after death if the individual was shown to be suffering from dementia at the time the will was changed?

Q: Is it legal for a individual with dementia to change his will?

A: I don't if it is actually illegal, but it could certainly cause part or all of the will to be declared void after the person's death.

A: See first answer.
