Hi,
I live in Florida.
Can i deposit my moms will at the courthouse or does an attorney have to do that?My sister was told she had to have an attorney to do this.
Also my mom has a few small things to probate. Her car, about 5500 in her bank and also we are trying to get into her safety deposit box at the bank.
Can we probate this ourselves or do we have to have an attorney for this?
