As the executor of a will under probate, after creditors have been paid and there is a balance that will be split between me and two other siblings, can I legally borrow from the estate? I am now gathering the info for the attorney to complete an accounting, am I in trouble for borrowing the money?($2500) I have not told him yet and am afraid this is bad??? Please help!

Well this is a portion of what I am set to receive anyway. The total is about $50,000 to go between 3 of us, can I just take it out of that?
