In the way most such trusts are written, yes. He can change the terms of his trust as he desires and he does not require permission or a signature from you.

What assets are in the trust? Really any such assets should have been handled in the property settlement.

You obviously need to see an attorney for advice. For example, from:
revokable living trust that he created
I'd have guessed he was the settlor. But:
Im settlor + trustee
makes me think the trust was made jointly.

The way to tell these things is to read the trust. If you don't understand the trust meaning, get an attorney.

Again I ask, what assets are in the trust?
If there's nothing left titled to it, what difference does it make?
If there is, why was this not apportioned as part of the property settlement in the divorce?
