My husband and I have a home in a trust in Arizona. We are divorcing and I am to receive
the home in the trust. I think we understand how to dissolve the trust but I wanted to know if there is any tax liability that would go along with the dissolution. Currently my
name is not on the title of the home but my husband has agreed to Quit Claim the title to me.
Thanks in advance for your help.

If the home is "in the trust", the title would be in the name of the trust and not in your husbands name. Perhaps the title was never changed and was never put into the trust.
