The will lists bequests of cash to individuals and the proceeds of a land sale to other individuals. However the trust does not have enough cash to distribute the total amounts. What is the correct order of distribution?
Allocation of the available cash based on original amounts?
Land sale proceeds first and balance to others?
Bequests of cash first and balance to others?
