What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

How do you divorce all of your family members for your own protection, so they can not claim you in any manner before and after death?

Okay, first, you need to seek help. Why do you care what happens after you die?

Second, divorcing a family is simple. You merely stop talking to them. Unless you are a minor, they cannot make you do anything that you don't want to do.

If you want something done with your body or estate after death, make out a will.
