I am helping someone who recently lost an eye to glaucoma. Because of this person's previous experience I suggested that they start a business preparing preprinted legal documents for members of his community.

My research shows that this type of service is regulated in California. I however have not seen anything to suggest that it's also regulated in the State of Florida. Is it?

then he is prohibited from preparing, drafting and construing legal documents or otherwise engaging in the practice of law.

Or in the case of Louisiana, practice of notary. And I'm hoping I can move back to Louisiana soon so I can reopen my notary practice (after taking the new state test of course). YIPEE!!
