My brother and I obtained a bond when our parents died, as we could not locate their will. It has been recently located and I am wanting to know if the Will supersedes the bond we obtained together? We live in Alabama.

You obtained what kind of bond? A U.S. Savings Bond?

And why would the bond need to have your parents names on it?
