I have durable power of attorney for my elderly mom, who plans to sell her house. I live in another state. Real property transactions are among the powers on the document. When time comes to sell her house, do I provide the real estage agent and mortgage co. with copies of my durable power of attorney so that I can handle the paperwork for my mom?What is the name of your state?
