Father was married 18yrs, fathered 3 children. Divorced, remarried, 2nd wife had 1 child by her 1st husband, had 1 child together. Father died, stepmother & her 2 children took everything. She never had to work during marriage. Do first 3 children have any rights to estate. There was no will and she refuses to have estate probated. She says first 3 children get nothing.
