I thank you for answering so promptly on my questions about the Power of Att. another question I would like to ask would be...Even though the POA actively expired when my Father was deceased..There was a great amount of money still taken from his estate by the known POA at that time even after his death..Would there be any criminal charges or would she have to return all moneys that was taken out.. I'm very new to this sorry if I seem so dumb founded.. I would like to have as much information as possible before consulting with a Probate lawyer

as you stated, the poa ended when your father died.

so it would no longer be legal for someone to sign his name for anything.

if they did, it would be considered illegal.
