What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky

Back in 06/07 my wife spend the money in my fathers estate of which I was in control of. I was supposed to divide it among my siblings. I knew she spent the money. We just got divorced. Can I sue her now??

Two things.

1. If you didn't want your wife to spend any money in 2007, you should have dealt with it then.
