After all bills and taxes are paid, If someones name is on something,but not signed by the testator, are they still to have the money from that source? Is this a specific bequest and leagacies to the person named? Any info would be greatly helpfull. State of Fl.

The something mentioned is "stock".
No it is not mentioned in the will, only one
name on the stock paper, there are a total of
three mentioned in the will.

DEAR MSMUFFIT:

You don't mention whether there is only one name on the stock account or maybe more than one name.

You really need to discuss this situation with the executor of the estate. They have the legal authority to sell this stock (if they so desire) so that the proceeds can be given to the proper party.
