What is the name of your state? New York

An executor of Will shall be paid his Executor's Fee, estate debts shall be paid, funeral expenses, etc. There are two accounts amongst other properties that will be distributed. The two accounts say that upon death the beneficiary will be a Trust. The Executor is going to take the monies for Estate expenses and his fee from these accounts then distribute. Is this correct so far?

Thank you.

Are they bank accounts that are not titled in the name of the trust?

Executor may be acting improperly to do this unless he/she is also trustee, then it may be correct. But compensation rate for a trustee is different from that of an executor, so if you have a copy of the trust look and see what compensation it allows for the trustee.
