What is the average executor fee percent? Is this a fee set by the state or is this something that is decided upon when a will is drawn up? (The state is Wisconsin if it is a set fee.)

Also, is a "pour-over" will (into a trust) public record?

I thank you for sharing your knowledge!

A pour over will is public record when filed for probate. The trust is not.

I don't know Wisconsin law, but the "typical" percentage is generally scaled down as the amount goes up. Also, the complexity is critical.
