2nd wife/spouse is the executrix for Dad's estate Will and trust -- no probate. She has hired an attorney and accountant to handle matters for her. Is she intitled to commission and if so how much?
If a commission is owed, is it based on the portion of the spouses share as well or just what has passed to the kids?
