In 1993 my wife and I established family trusts, durable powers of attorney, and wills in Florida. We moved to California in 1995 and have not changed these documents. Are they still valid or should we draw new documents?

If the documents were validly executed and binding when you were in Cal, they remain so after you move. However, it's probably time to review and update them.
