What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

My father passed away April 21, 2003 without a will. He was married at the time and had 6 children (by 3 different wives). 4 of those children were minors at the time. My stepmother asked us to sign over our portion of the house so she could refinance and remain living there with my grandmother and youngest brother. We all signed the papers for her to refinance (4 of us were minors). Since then she has sold the home for a considerable profit. Are we his children entitled to any of that profit? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

No, when you signed over the property you were making her a gift. Unless you had some written agreement that you would get a share of the sale proceeds you are out of luck.

Even if they were minors when they gave up their rights?

Who signed what and when?
