I am trustee for my sister-in-law's trust. She died in August and I am transferring her assets to a "Sheltered Trust", the income of which will go to her husband. He has his own trust and I am trustee. Am I entitled, at this time, to receive a fee for closing her original trust? What is reasonable for the state of Florida, where she resided? Thank you.
