Finding a will in public records

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nebraska

Once a will enters probate it is public. Check the county court records where the person lived. You should be able to check online to see if probate has been started then you can go to the court/records to see the will, so I've been told. Someone may well correct me her but that is my understanding.
