What is the name of your state? Florida
Florida law requires a Notice of Trust upon the death of a Grantor of a Revocable Living Trust. I have two questions:
1. If the Revocable Living Trust in question had two Grantors, and one is still living, is it necessary to file a Notice of Trust now, or wait til the second Grantor dies?
2. If a trust is Irrevocable, and the trustee lives in CT rather than FL, is it necessary to file a "Notice of Trust" at all? If it is, should the notice be filed in CT or FL ?
