What exactly is undue influence on wills??

I recently found out that it wasn't my aunt's decision to write her will. It was her boyfriend that wanted to write a will for her, he seduced and influenced her when writing her will. Is this some sort of influence that would count against the validity of her will?

Thank you

you really should keep all related questions in the same thread. It saves those here from lookimg up info all over the place.

What you describe may give somebody a chance to contest the validity of the will but there needs to be more than appearances and innuendo to prove anything.
