estranged husband died. we had home but my name was not on deed or loan.i couldn't sell home, and now it is going for foreclosure. i was personal representative for estate since we were only seperated. will foreclosure and tax bills become part of my legacy? will property have to be transfered to my name to do a quick claim deed? and then does that make me responsible for the mortgage and tax payments?
the property going to foreclosure is in South Carolina
