what is the average rate of an atty. named executor or trustee of a living trust where said atty. will have at least once weekly dealings with client approving/disapproving clients expenditure requests ?

Sounds like a money pit. It is basically how many assets are in the trust. This will be a major drain. Sounds like a very poor setup. Tell us more.

Why do you need an attorney? There are many professional fiduciaries out there. Most attorneys don't like to do the work.
