Hi.
I'm mexican, 77, and never resided in the US. I own a 25% interest in a perfectly legal, prosperous texan LLC. My children, mexican, never resided in the US nor have made any income from US source.

As far as I know, because I'm a NRA and the property is intangible, I can gift my 25% interest to my children without paying any gift or income tax neither me nor them.

Am I right? Am I forgetting something? Is there any other tax we must pay?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If I understand it properly you are not a US Citizen and don't reside here.
In that case, the US has no claims or reporting requirements for the gift or other transfer of the LLC membership.
There may be Mexican laws in play, but such are outside the subject of this board. Contact a tax advisor in your country.
