Question

Do I need legal representation when I move my grandmother out of her apartment and into an assisted living facility per her social workers request? She suffers from dementia and can no longer handle making decisions for herself. I dont know if she has given me power of attorney because we dont know where her legal documents are. She lives in canada
and so there is that problem as well.Any advice would be great.
