Grandparents rights for visitation

Indiana, visitation rights for grandparents. The father of the children will not allow the grandpa to see the kids, the mother does not want to have a problem, but feels that her son especially needs to see his grandpa. Up untill three weeks ago, we were seeing them on a regular basis, then we had a disagreement regarding money owed and now the dad will not let us see the kids, not even on Christmas, he went out of his way to be unavailable. Please, any advise would be appreciated. Thank you.
