My fathers health is bad along with bad health he has been depresseed for several years so he gambles. He had gambled everthing away except his pension that comes in monthly. I am an only child and have family members that agree it's time to take over his affairs. I currently have a POA what is it gonna take to get guardianship so that he does continue to waste his money. He is in need or assisted living and his docter will back me up also.
