What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

We have a home care worker taking care of our mother weekdays. Our mom is very ill and sometimes not in the right mind. The employee has managed to wiggle her way into my moms will and we are afraid that over time she may acquire her entire estate. What legal action can we take or what can a lawyer do to protect or mother and our future inheritance.

You can try to build a closer relationship with your mother and talk with her about her wishes.

If she is so demented that won't work, you can try to gain a guardianship over her.
