What is the name of your state? Louisiana
After my grandparents passed on, we found that they were not legally married-they did have a marriage license, but it was never signed by an official--my grandmother died intestate, while my grandfather had a will--he left me his portion of the house and property--her name is on the deed as his wife--do their children own half or do I own it all--the pressure is on for me to give up my interest, but I would like to know what it really is.
