I know that I am dying within the next 6 months. I have one son 18 yrs old still in high school, and very little money, but also very little debt. My house is paid for and valued around $29,000. Would it be better for me to leave him the home in my will or sell it to him now (for a small amount) or give it to him as a gift now? Please help.
