What is the name of your state? AL
My father was recently in a nursing facility for therapy. They released him for home care after a few weeks. We contracted with a home health care agency through his insurance to send aides out to help him with baths, give physical therapy, check his vitals, etc. One of the physical therapists who came out was very erratic and antagoized my father, causing a unnecessary medical emergency for him. Other than the home care company, what would be the proper agency (state, local) to report this person to? Or should a letter from an attorney be sent to her company? Thank you in advance for your response!
